‘If your Spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old, if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young’
Joseph H Pilates
If you have specific goals to achieve or want to be challenged on an individual basis then 1-2-1 sessions are the correct choice for you.
The session can be tailored to suit the particular needs of your body. Pilates is a whole system and provides a dynamic whole body workout challenging many different areas of fitness including:
- Core stability
- Toning, conditioning and sculpting body shape
- Postural retraining
The system progresses you through beginner and intermediate stages and eventually to the advanced workout. At each stage you feel challenged and will work you to the threshold of your particular fitness goal.
Small Group Pilates
‘In ten sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 you will see a difference, in 30 you will have a whole new body’ Joseph H Pilates.
To attend classes you need to be mostly pain free and on the road to recovery. If you have had an injury, you must be able to sustain constant levels of activity for 1 hour and move between standing, sitting, lying with ease and without assistance.
If you still have specific goals to achieve then individual 1-2-1 sessions will be more appropriate until you are ready to join a class.
