Rehabilitation is as important as treatment following an injury but unfortunately is often overlooked. The aim of a rehab programme is to regain pre-injury levels in all aspects of physical fitness.
A full rehab and strengthening programme is essential to ensure full recovery and in order to prevent re-injuries.
The Physiotherapy and Personal Training Teams always work closely together to ensure that you continue your rehab process in the correct phases and that you return to full strength in the safest, most efficient way possible.

I was recommended to Laura by my surgeon, following a total knee replacement. It was so comforting to know Laura had followed the Surgeons protocol for post-op recovery numerous times before & felt comfortable to liaise with the surgeon if required. The transition of recovery was seamless, from treatment in the clinic room, gait education on the treadmill and progression of rehab exercises in the gym environment. At end stage rehab I then was referred for personal training with Joe, which was great also, and Laura regularly checked in to see if all was ok. I am now a Fit Guru Gym Member and train 3 x week on my own and feel comfortable to do so, somewhere I thought I would never be months ago prior to my knee op.
