We carefully assess your current lifestyle and nutritional habits. We design a bespoke Training plan and offer advice to help improve your overall health and well-being.

Small Group Training
(max 4 people)
Train in a small group of 2 – 4 individuals with similar training goals and abilities. You will be trained by either a male or female Personal Trainer for a series of sessions.
Not only is this great for motivation but is also an excellent way to push yourself further.
£10 – £20 per person, per session
Block of 10 = £400 per group
Platinum Plus Membership
This is an absolute bargain!
For £55 per month you will get unlimited gym and unlimited classes, plus 1 personal training session per month. This membership with monthly Personal Training included is perfect for the enthusiastic gym goer that needs more professional guidance and/or workout variety.
Repetitive workouts can become boring and results can be slow, so this is a great way of keeping your training fresh.

Ladies Only Small group Training
5 Weeks Weight Loss And Tone Programme
3 times a week group personal training, which includes weekly Nutrition Plans and Weekly Assessments and Weigh-ins.

Barbell Club is a series of workshops focusing on Olympic and Power Lifting techniques. The benefits of Lifting are being discovered more and more by the general population.
Whether it’s for improving sports performance or changing body composition, snatches, clean and jerks are great exercises for more than just weightlifters.
For those of you interested in training the Olympic Lifts, the best results will occur when the technique is mastered first.
Injuries frequently occur when the forces around the joints are imbalanced for the activity being performed. These imbalances result from poorly designed training and including the use of inappropriate exercises or the overuse of certain activities. The balanced development that occurs from properly designed training is less likely to lead to injuries.
At another gym I dabbled with some Barbell Training, I enjoyed Lifting but I didn’t really know what I was doing!! So much so, I caused myself a back and shoulder injury. After my recovery I wanted to find a PT who was experienced in Olympic and Power Lifting, Joe is very experienced, he’s really helped me to build a good strong foundation & master the technique.. I’m absolutely loving lifting with NO injuries and even considering entering a power lifting competition in the near future!
Charlotte is very passionate about what she does. I struggle every day with food, with the choices you should make. Charlotte has helped me to feel fitter and healthier in just a few months. Through motivation and encouragement she has helped me to lose over 2 stone and 7 inches from my waist. She eased me in gently but pushes me to move me on in strength and fitness. Her programme classes are fun and not intimidating at all. The dietary advice is sensible and easy to follow.
