The Class will focus each week on different Strength routines, one week it could be looking at big Compound moves like Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Press and the next it could be looking at free weight or kettlebell routines.
It aims to make your gym sessions more effective, reduce your risk of injury and improve confidence and motivation
It will run every Monday at 7pm & every Wednesday at 8pm, instructed by our excellent ‘in-house’ Personal Trainer Felix Adams.
The Session will be included in your Membership.
