Joseph Rogers has over 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer. Joseph is a stickler for correct form and technique especially when it comes to complex movements such as advanced kettlebell routines and Olympic Lifting.
His Warrior Fit, Beast Fit and Barbell Club Training Sessions have created a real buzz within the Fitness industry, due to his extensive knowledge and amazing client results.
‘Warrior Fit’ is a gruelling Training session involving barbell and kettlebell routines, ‘Beast Fit’ is a men only Training session involving Big Compound moves, such as squats, deadlifts and bench, and ‘Barbell Club’ is an Olympic Lifting Technique workshop, teaching correct form, helping to minimise the risk of injury.
Examples Of Joseph’s Personal Training Clients
Client 1 – Body Shape Transformation
This is a Female Client attending 3 x week, the Client’s goals include reducing her percentage body fat to below 10% and wanting to achieve a toned, athletic physique and sustain a clean eating lifestyle.
Regular body measurements are taken and weekly nutrition plans are provided. The bespoke training programme is adapted weekly to meet the client’s specific goals.
Client 2 – Sports Specific Training & Performance Enhancement
This is a rugby player returning to sport after injury. Sports specific training is carefully planned to ensure optimum performance on return to sport. Particular attention is paid to mobility and flexibility work, often over looked but required for optimum sports performance.
Client 3 – Weight Loss Transformation
This is an overweight, sedentary client. Bespoke training and nutrition plans are carefully designed and adapted as the client loses weight and fitness levels improve. Particular emphasis is placed on gaining confidence in the gym environment and implementing a new sustainable lifestyle.
Client 4 – Advanced Rehabilitation
Post Knee-Op client that has undergone weekly Physiotherapy treatment & rehabilitation at Fit Guru and now requires Personal Training for end stage rehabilitation exercises. Physiotherapists and personal trainers can regularly communicate to ensure optimum recovery.
Client 5 – Olympic Lifting Technique
This Client has sought extra tuition and guidance for Olympic lifting, he reported being interested in Olympic lifting but when attempting some of the complex moves he was concerned he was doing the movement all wrong and was potentially putting his body at risk of injury, so decided to seek professional help to learn and master the correct techniques.
